The speaker addresses the growth of the community, noting that while tens of thousands have pledged allegiance worldwide, this numerical increase does not mean the prophesied circles of 313 and 10,000 believers are fulfilled. According to narrations, these specific groups must be completed of 'quality believers' before Allah establishes a state for the faithful. These special believers are described as having hearts like 'Zubat Al-Hadid' (blocks of iron), similar to the materials given to Zulqarnain in Surah Al-Kahf to build a barrier and establish justice. Their faith is so strong they could crumble mountains, serving as the spiritual foundation for the Qa'im to create a divine, just state. The talk highlights the unique character of these individuals: they are like lions during the day and monks at night, showing total obedience to the Imam. They are rare gems, appearing perhaps once in every hundred believers, who have dedicated their lives entirely to the cause and follow the Imam wherever he goes.
