Description complète
In this insightful talk, Abdullah Hashem Aba al-Sadiq responds to difficult questions from an ex-Muslim regarding the historical character of Prophet Muhammad. He firmly refutes allegations of child marriage and unjustified violence, contextualizing the Prophet's actions within the hostile environment of 7th-century Arabia where self-defense was necessary against persecution and murder. The discussion then shifts to theological evidence, exploring how Prophet Muhammad fulfills the New Testament prophecy of the 'Comforter' promised by Jesus. Aba al-Sadiq draws parallels between how Jesus validated his mission through scripture and how Muhammad affirmed the message of Jesus while bringing new wisdom. Finally, the speaker outlines the long-term goals of the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light. He envisions a future where different faith communities coexist under their own laws while collaborating on scientific progress. This includes a remarkable aspiration for humanity to evolve into a galactic civilization, guided by divine principles that eventually minimize the gap between ordinary believers and divinely appointed leaders.
