مکمل تفصیل
This video addresses a common question regarding the permissibility of interfaith marriages within the context of Islamic principles and the path of the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light. Abu Sadiq provides a nuanced answer, stating that such unions are allowed to a specific degree based on Quranic guidance. The core principle discussed is that the head of the family must never be a disbeliever or someone who rejects the Imam of the time. Since the male is traditionally considered the head of the household in Abrahamic faiths and holds significant influence, a Muslim man is permitted to marry a Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Zoroastrian, Mandaean, or Sabian woman. Conversely, a Muslim woman or a female believer in the Imam of her time is not permitted to marry a man from another faith. This restriction exists to prevent a non-believer from having authority over a believer, which could negatively impact her practice of faith and the religious upbringing of their children. The discussion emphasizes that God does not grant disbelievers authority over believers.
